RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #2, CONTRACT I,
SECTION I, WATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Brown-McKee, Inc. as
contractor agreed to construct the Water Treatment Plant Improvements;
and,
WHEREAS, Change Order #2 for extra work in the amount of $3,930.40
has been submitted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order #2 in the amount of $3,930.40 is approved and the
City Manager is authorized to execute same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 3RD DAY OF MAY, 1983.
