RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #1, CONTRACT #1,
SECTION II, WATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Rome Corporation as
contractor agreed to construct the Water Treatment Plant Improvements;
and,
WHEREAS, Change Order #1, for extra work in the amount of
1,741.00 has been submitted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order #1 in the amount of $1,741.00 is approved and
the City Manager is authorized to execute same for the City of Wichita
Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 3RD DAY OF MAY, 1983.
