RESOLUTION ACCEPTING INSTALLATION OF BALLFIELD
LIGHTING AT WILLIAMS PARK .
WHEREAS , the City of Wichita Falls and Browning Electric Inc . ,
as Contractor, entered into a contract dated March 16 , 1983 , whereby
the Contractor agreed to install ballfield lighting at Williams
Park; and,
WHEREAS, such installation has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications; and,
WHEREAS, the contract price for such project was $9 , 950 .00 ,
none of which has been paid to the Contractor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The installation of such ballfield lighting at Williams Park
is hereby accepted by the City of Wichita Falls, and the City Manager
is authorized to pay to the Contractor the contract price of
9 ,950 .00 .
