RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NUMBER 1
TO THE CONTRACT WITH J. MILLER CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY TO COMPLETE AIRPORT TERMINAL
RENOVATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
That certain change order number one (1) a copy of which is attached hereto, to
the contract with J. Miller Construction Company, for renovation of the Airport Terminal
is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute same for the City of
Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 5th day of April 1983.
