RESOLUTION APPROVING WICHITA COUNTY-CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, HOSPITAL BOARD HOSPITAL REVENUE
BONDS (WICHITA GENERAL HOSPITAL PROJECT) , SERIES
1983, IN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $ /17 4VW •
WHEREAS, on March 11, 1983, the Wichita County-City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, Hospital Board adopted a resolution
authorizing the issuance of Wichita County-City of Wichita Falls,
Texas, Hospital Board Hospital Revenue Bonds (Wichita General
Hospital Project) , Series 1983 , in the principal amount of
7 ( which resolution is officially on file
in the records of said Hospital Board; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 8 of Article 4494i-1, Vernon' s.
Annotated Texas Statutes, the aforesaid Hospital Board is not
authorized to deliver any bonds unless the issuance thereof is
approved by resolutions adopted by the Commissioners Court of
Wichita County and the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita
Falls, respectively .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
1 . That the issuance of the bonds described in the
preamble hereof is hereby approved by the Board of Aldermen of
the City of Wichita Falls , Texas .
2 . That such bonds shall be issued and delivered as soon
as practicable in accordance with the terms and provisions of
the aforesaid resolution authorizing the issuance of such bonds
adopted by said Hospital Board on March 11, 1983 .

We, the undersigned officers of the City of Wichita
Falls, hereby certify as follows:
1. The Board of Aldermen of said City convened in
kgu1 ar MEETING ON THE 15th DAY OF March ,
1983, at the City Hall, and the roll was called of the duly
constituted officers and members of said Board of Aldermen,
to-wit:
Wilma J. Thomas, City Clerk Gary Cook, Mayor
Gene Shearman Horace O. Boston
Carol G. Russell Craig A. Wilson
John W. Hampton, Jr. Howard W. Morris
and all of said persons were present, except the following
absentees: None
thus constituting a quorum.Whereupon, among other
business, the following was transacted at said Meeting: a

RESOLUTION APPROVING WICHITA COUNTY - CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, HOSPITAL BOARD HOSPITAL REVENUE
BONDS (WICHITA GENERAL HOSPITAL PROJECT) , SERIES 1983,
IN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $17, 600, 000
was duly introduced for the consideration of said Board of
Aldermen and read in full. It was then duly moved and
seconded that said Resolution be adopted; and , after due
discussion, said motion, carrying with it the adoption of
said Resolution prevailed and carried by the following vote:
AYES: All members of said Board of Aldermen
shown present above voted "Aye" except
NOES : None
2. That a true, full and correct copy of the
aforesaid Resolution adopted at the Meeting described in the
above and foregoing paragraph is attached to and follows
this Certificate; that said Resolution has been duly
recorded in said Board of Aldermen ' s minutes of said
Meeting; that the above and foregoing paragraph is a true,
full and correct excerpt from said Board of Aldermen ' s
minutes of said Meeting pertaining to the adoption of said
Resolution; that the persons named in the above and
foregoing paragraph are the duly chosen, qualified and
acting officers and members of said Board of Aldermen as
indicated therein; that each of the officers and members of
said Board of Aldermen was duly and sufficiently notified
officially and personally in advance, of the time, place and
purpose of the aforesaid Meeting, and that said Resolution
would be introduced and considered for adoption at said
Meeting, and each of said officers and members consented , in
advance, to the holding of said Meeting for such purpose;
and that said Meeting was open to the public and notice of
said meeting was given as required by Vernon ' s Ann. Civ. St.
Art. 6252-17, as amended.
3. That the Major of said City has approved , and
hereby approves, the aforesaid Resolution; that the Mayor
and the City Clerk of said City have duly signed said
Resolution; and that the Major and the City Clerk of said
City hereby declare that their signing of this Certificate
shall constitute the signing of the attached and following
copy of said Resolution for all purposes.
