RESOLUTION APPOINTING ALBERT T. NICE MUNICIPAL
JUDGE FOR A TWO-YEAR TERM, AND CONSENTING TO
THE APPOINTMENT OF TWO SUBSTITUTE JUDGES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Albert T . Nice is hereby appointed Municipal Judge of the
City of Wichita Falls for a term of two years, beginning March 7 ,
1983 , with an annual salary of $ 27 , 297 .92 .
The appointment by the Mayor of G. A. Benesh and Norman F .
Carroll as substitute judges for a term of two years , beginning
March 7, 1983, is hereby consented to and confirmed .
