RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT TO OPEX. INC.
FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS, SOUTHWEST
WICHITA FALLS
WHEREAS, six bids were received for the Sanitary Sewer Improvements,
Southwest Wichita Falls; and,
WHEREAS, the bid of Opex, Inc. of Olney, Texas is the lowest responsible
bid.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Opex, Inc. in the amount of $357,899.70 is hereby
accepted and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with
Opex, Inc. for the work.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 18TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1983.
