ORDINANCF CLOSING, VACATING, AND ABANDONING A TWENTY
(20) FOOT SEWER EASEMENT IN THE PROPOSED SAFEWAY ADDITION
NO. 1 SUBDIVISION.
W1UREAS, the Planning Board of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
required the closure of a twenty (20) foot sewer easement prior to final
platting of the proposed Safeway Addition No. 1 Subdivision; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas
deems it advisable and in the public interest to close, vacate, and abandon
all twenty to the said rights foot sewer easement hereinunder described.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The twenty (20) foot sewer easement recorded in Volume 383,
page 542 of the Deed Records, Wichita County, Texas, the
center line of said easement being more specifically described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the easterly right-of-way line of
Beverly Drive, said point being located 218.82 feet from
the northwet corner of the proposed Safeway Addition No.
1 Subdivision.
THENCE North 690 38' 35" East, 471.00 feet along the center
line of the existing twenty (20) foot sewer easement to the
end; said end point being North 34 09' West, 281.04 feet
from the north right-of-way line of 5th Street,
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated, and abandoned.
