AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE WATER &
SEWER REVENUE FUND TO ACCOUNT NUMBERS LISTED
BELOW, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the Water & Sewer Revenue
Fund the sum of $ 138 ,438 . 00 which shall be placed in the following Account
numbers:
