Ord 3832 9/29/1981 ORDINANCE NO. A ORDINANCE AMENDING CODE OF ORDINANCE SECTION 2-95 AND SECTION 2-96. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT: SECTION 1. Section 2-95 of the Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows: "There is hereby created a Department of Administrative Services which shall be under the supervision of the Director of Administrative Services. Such director shall be appointed by the City Manager, and shall be directed by and responsible to such City Manager." SECTION 2. Section 2-96 of the Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows: "The Director of Administrative Services shall have charge of Personnel, Risk Management, Data Processing, Building Maintenance, Central Garage, Auditorium/Activities Center, and such other City functions as may be assigned by the City Manager."
