ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 12-8 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES TO ELIMINATE BONDING REQUIREMENTS
FOR THE MUNICIPAL COURT CLERK AND DEPUTIES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 12-8 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Wichita Falls, which requires that the Municipal Court Clerk
and Deputies shall make $1 , 000 bonds conditioned that they
will well and faithfully perform all the duties required
of them by law, and that they will account for all monies
collected by them, is hereby repealed.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 15th day of December, 1981.
