ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 97-84 DATED AUGUST
21ST, 1984 TO REMOVE 1810 BURNETT STREET FROM THE
DEMOLITION ORDER; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE
MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO
THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the rehabilitation of the property is in the best interest of the public
and the City of Wichita Falls.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The demolition order dated August 21, 1984, for the property
located at 1810 Burnett Street, is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
