ORDINANCE NO. (QE- a00.2)
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS AMENDING EXHIBIT A IN ORDINANCE NO. 56-2002,
REPLACING ELECTION OFFICIALS FOR THE SEPTEMBER 14, 2002
SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION; FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT
THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
WHEREAS, the City Council passed Ordinance No. 56-2002, wherein Exhibit A
listed the election officials appointed to conduct the September 14, 2002 Special
Municipal Election; and
WHEREAS, several of these appointed election officials are unable to serve on
that date and need to be replaced.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Exhibit A attached hereto hereby replaces the previous Exhibit A
attached to Ordinance No. 56-2002.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
