RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF LLOYD J. TAYLOR III,
DBA TAYLOR & CO. , FOR CONSTRUCTION OF TWO
MULTIPLE-EVENT CREATIVE PLAY AREAS IN LUCYLAND
AT LUCY PARK.
WHEREAS , the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids
for the construction of two multiple-event creative play areas
in Lucyland at Lucy Park; and,
WHEREAS, four bids were received, and it is found that the
bid of Lloyd J. Taylor III, dba Taylor & Co. , who bid the sum of
37, 233 . 00, is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Such bid of Lloyd J. Taylor III, dba Taylor & Co. , is hereby
accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract
with such contractor for this project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of November, 1984 .
