RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 4, RESOLUTION 1057, CONCERNING
PROVIDING WATER AND SEWER SERVICE TO INDIVIDUAL OWNERS OUT-
SIDE THE CITY LIMITS
WHEREAS, Resolution 1057 was adopted on March 17, 1970 concerning water
and sewer service to individual owners outside the city limits; and,
WHEREAS, Resolution 1057 does not require compliance with all applicable
codes and ordinances of the City of Wichita Falls; and,
WHEREAS, lack of such requirements may create nuisances adjacent to the
city limits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 4 of Resolution 1057 is hereby amended by adding: "Such single
tracts shall be required to comply with all applicable codes and ordinances of the
City of Wichita Falls."
