RESOLUTION TO APPROVE ENGINEERING SERVICES
CONTRACT WITH THE FIRM OF CORLETT, PROBST,
AND BOYD FOR 1984-85 CDBG UTILITY PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has $350,000.00 in
Community Development Block Grant funds designated for the replacement
and installation of utility systems;
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved the work to
be accomplished with those funds;
WHEREAS, the City requires an engineering firm to perform the
necessary design of the utility work; and,
WHEREAS, the City has examined a proposed agreement for engineering
services by the firm of Corlett, Probst, and Boyd, Inc. , of Wichita Falls,
Texas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The proposed agreement for engineering services is approved for
a maximum fee of $31,000.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute
the said agreement for the City of Wichita Falls.
