RESOLUTION TO APPROVE ENGINEERING SERVICES
CONTRACT WITH THE FIRM OF CORLETT, PROBST
AND BOYD FOR 1984-85 CDBG UTILITY PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has budgeted $360,000.00
for improvements to the water distribution system;
WHEREAS, the City has requirement for an engineering firm to
perform the necessary design and other engineering services for this project;
and,
WHEREAS, the Council has examined a proposed agreement for
engineering services with the firm of Corlett, Probst, and Boyd, Inc. ,
of Wichita Falls, Texas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The agreement for engineering services with the firm of
Corlett, Probst, and Boyd is approved for the maximum compensation of
33,000.00, and the City Manager is authorized to execute the said agreement
for the City of Wichita Falls.
