RESOLUTION NO. 41
RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT 1983 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT, PLUM CREEK DRAINAGE PROJECT AND TO
AUTHORIZE FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls contracted with the
firm of Duke Construction Company, of Wichita Falls, Texas, to
accomplish work under a contract for the replacement of utility
systems ;
Whereas , the work provided for by the contract has been
accomplished, inspected, and found to be acceptable to the City of
Wichita Falls.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The 1982 Capital Improvement Project, Plum Creek Drainage
is accepted by the City Council , and the City Manager is authorized
to make a final payment of $27, 005. 21 as shown on Final Estimate
No. 9 , which the Council has examined.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 18TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1984 .
