RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO SIGN CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
TO THE MEDICAL GAS STORAGE FACILITY OF
THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls, Texas has a contract with Gilbreth-
Calhoun for construction of a medical gas storage facility for the Health Center;
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to install certain shut off valves which were not
included in the original contract; and
WHEREAS, such shut off valves are required by the Building Code of the City
of Wichita Falls.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 1 for the addition of shut off valves for the medical gas
storage facility for the City's Health Unit is hereby accepted. The City Manager
is authorized to sign Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $336.34.
