RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT HUNTER'S CROSSING OFF-SITE
DRAINAGE FACILITIES PROJECT AND TO AUTHORIZE
FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls contracted with the firm
of Stephen Schiffman, HLS Construction to accomplish work under a
contract for Hunter' s Crossing Off-Site Drainage Facilities.
WHEREAS, the work provided for by the contract has been
accomplished, inspected, and found to be acceptable to the City of
Wichita Falls ; and,
WHEREAS, there were necessary adjustments in the item
quantities in the contract during the progress of the work, resulting
in an amount due the contractor of $1 ,128.10 greater than the original
contract amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The Hunter' s Crossing Off-Site Drainage Facilities
Project is accepted by the City Council , and the City Manager is
authorized to make a final payment of $8 ,128.80, one half amount
shown on Pay Estimate No. 5 & Final , which the Council has examined.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 18TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1984 .
