RESOLUTION TO AWARD BIDS FOR ANNUAL
SUPPLY FOR SMALL COMMERCIAL WATER METERS
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls requires a supply of
small commercial meters each year;
WHEREAS, that quantity is larger this year because the
City will undertake a special change-out program for these particular
meters;
WHEREAS, the City submitted specifications and advertised for
bids from various meter companies; and,
WHEREAS, several companies have responded to the advertisement
for bids and the Council has examined the bids.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bids for the annual supply of small commercial meters for
the City of Wichita Falls are awarded as indicated below to the lowest
responsible bidder:
1" Meter (450 each) Ea. Price Total Price

12" Meter (200 each) Ea. Price Total Price
Badger 139.22 27,844.00
2" Disc Meter (175 each) Ea. Price Total Price
