RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACT
WITH THE TEXAS STATE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS AND
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FOR INCREASED FUNDING FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CENTRAL SERVICES COMPLEX.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS,
THAT:
That certain agreement between the City of Wichita Falls and the Texas State Depart-
ment of Highways and Public Transportation is hereby approved, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 18th day of December 1984.
