RESOLUTION DESIGNATING OR SELECTING HERBERT R.
SMITH, INC. AS THE CITY' S FINANCIAL ADVISOR
FOR 1984-1985 CYPRESS STREET WATER TREATMENT
PLANT EXPANSION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, it is desirable to consult a financial advisor to
advise the City regarding financial matters and bond issues; and,
WHEREAS, of the firms interviewed, Herbert R. Smith, Inc. ,
appears best suited to deliver the services needed by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Herbert R. Smith, Inc. , is hereby designated as the City' s
financial advisor for the 1984-1985 Cypress Street Water Treatment
Plant Expansion Project .
