ORDINANCE TO RESCIND ORDINANCE NO. 77-98 AND TO APPROVE
WHOLESALE WATER RATES FOR CONTRACT WATER CUSTOMERS;
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE MEETING AT WHICH THIS
ORDINANCE WAS PASSED WAS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AS
REQUIRED BY LAW.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 77-98 dated September 15, 1998 and pertaining to
water rates for wholesale customers is hereby rescinded effective October 1, 2002, and
the following rates are approved for the indicated category of wholesale water
customer:

The above rates shall apply to the following contract customers. Unless otherwise
shown, the applicable rate will be effective during the first full billing cycle after
October 1, 2002, and thereafter.

The City Manager is authorized to execute such amendments to the water purchase
contracts with the listed customers as may be necessary to implement the above rates.
SECTION 2. It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at
which this ordinance was passed was open to the public as required by law.
