RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 WITH
BUCHANAN CONSTRUCTION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE
SECURITY ROOM ROOF AT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS; that,
That Change Order No. 1, between Buchanan Construction and the City of
Wichita Falls pertaining to construction of the security room roof at Municipal
Airport is approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute same for
the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS the 2nd day of October 1984.

We hereby submit specifications and estimates for: t h e construction of a roof section over
security room according to the drawing furnished and these details :
We will use metal building components . 16 ga . 9" and 7" cold rolled C
channels for the framing . 26 ga . pre-finished metal panels for the roof cover
and the end wall sections .
We will do the demolition as shown on the original plans (Detail ( 1 ) .
We will install the gooseneck air duct and the two louvers as shown on
Detail ( 2) of the original plans .
We will do all flashing as is necessary to make a leak free junction from our
New work to all existing areas .
Will install 2" vinyl back insulation between the roof perlins and panels .
We hereby propose to furnish labor and materials—complete in accordance with the above specifications, for the sum of

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration

and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond ou ontrol. O to carry fire, tornado and other
