RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ROAD AND PAVING IMPROVEMENTS
IN THE WICHITA BEND RV PARK BY ZACK BURKETT COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Zack Burkett Company,
as contractor, entered into a contract on May 15, 1984, whereby
contractor agreed to construct road and parking improvements in
the Wichita Bend RV Park; and,
WHEREAS, the construction of such improvements has been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications; and,
WHEREAS, the total contract price was $77, 265 .47 , of which
73 , 402. 20 has been paid to the contractor, leaving a balance due
of $3 ,863 .27 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The construction of such improvements is hereby accepted by
the City, and the City Manager is authorized to pay to the contractor
the balance due under said contract as set out above.
