RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO NEGOTIATE A CONTRACT WITH SOUTHWESTERN
BELL TELECOM FOR PROVISION OF A TELEPHONE
SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has solicited and received proposals for
the installation of a new telephone system; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Southwestern Bell Telecom has presented a proposal
which meets all of the City's requirements at the lowest price;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, THAT:
The City Manager is authorized to negotiate a contract with Southwestern
Bell Telecommunication, Inc. for the provision of a telephone system. Such
contract shall be returned to Council for final review and approval .
PASSED AND APPROVED, this the 2nd day of October, 1984.
