RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AWARDING CONTRACT
FOR CAULKING, GLAZING AND PAINTING EXTERIOR
DOORS, WINDOWS, AND TRIM, AT MEMORIAL AUDITORIUM.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the caulking, glazing, and painting of exterior doors,
windows, and trim at Memorial Auditorium; and,
WHEREAS, four bids were received, and it is found that
W. T . Crawford, Jr . , Painting, who bid $9 ,786 . 00, is the lowest
responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of W. T . Crawford, Jr. , Painting, in the amount of
9 ,786 . 00 , for caulking, glazing, and painting of exterior doors,
windows and trim at Memorial Auditorium, is hereby accepted, and
the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with such
contractor for the said work .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 2nd day of October, 1984 .
