RESOLUTION NO. /6119
RESOLUTION TO AWARD BID FOR INSTALLATION OF
CHAIN LINK FENCE AT EAST SCOTT UTILITIES
COMPLEX.
WHEREAS, the utilities department requires a chain link
security fence to be installed at its complex on East Scott;
and,
WHEREAS, bids for such construction have been received and
the lowest responsible bidder has been determined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
The Precision Fence Company of Wichita Falls has been
determined to be the lowest responsible bidder for Bid 84-56 ,
and the bid is awarded to Precision Fence Company for $7,725 .00 .
The City Manager is authorized to execute a contract for the
City of Wichita Falls for such project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 18th day of September, 1984 .
