RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEE TO BE CHARGED BY TAX
ASSESSOR AND COLLECTOR FOR TAX CERTIFICATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
The City Tax Assessor and Collector shall charge a fee of
Four Dollars ($4 .00) for each tax certificate prepared, regardless
of whether the certificate is for one piece of property or more
than one.
Any previous resolution in conflict herewith is repealed insofar
as this particular fee is concerned.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 18th day of September, 1984 .
