RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AN ELECTRICAL
ENGINEERING AGREEMENT FOR WORK AT
THE LAKE ARROWHEAD PUMP STATION
WHEREAS, the pump station at Lake Arrowhead is vital to the
supply of water to the city;
WHEREAS, the city desires to have the electrical power supply
to the station evaluated and technical specifications written for work
to be done; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed a proposed agreement with an
electrical engineering company, EMD Engineering.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The agreement is approved and the City Manager is authorized to
sign the same for the city.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 4TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1984.
