RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF GILBREATH-CALHOUN CO.
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A MEDICAL GAS STORAGE FACILITY
AT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS , the City has advertised for bids for the construc-
tion of a medical gas storage facility at the Health Department;
and,
WHEREAS, three bids were received, and it is found that
Gilbreath-Calhoun Co. , who bid $17,398 . 00, is the lowest respon-
sible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of Gilbreath-Calhoun Co. in the amount of $17 ,398 . 00
is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute
a contract with Gilbreath-Calhoun Co. for the construction of
such facility.
