RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT CONSTRUCTION OF A
SANITARY SEWER COLLECTION SYSTEM IN
RANCHO VISTA SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the city has a contract with Costello Construction
Company for construction of a sanitary sewer collection system; and
WHEREAS, the project has been completed and determined to be built
according to the contract plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The construction project is accepted by the City of Wichita Falls
and the City Manager is authorized to make final payment to the Costello
Construction Company.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 7TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1984.
