RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
AND FINAL PAYMENT TO WALLACE & RAUB
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR STABILIZATION
OF THE ROUTE BUILDING
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Wallace & Raub Construction Company
entered into a contract dated March 26, 1984 for the stabilization of the Route
Building; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order #1 to such contract in the amount of $2,895.77 was
approved and executed on April 17, 1984; and,
WHEREAS, the additional cost of paying roofers on this project amounts to
363.39; and,
WHEREAS, the stabilization of the Route Building has been completed in
accordance with the plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, THAT:
Change Order #2 in the amount of $363.39 to pay previously unspecified
roofing rates is approved bringing the total contract amount to $85,039.16, and
2) The stabilization of the Route Building is hereby accepted by the City
and the City Manager is authorized to pay the contractor the balance due the
contractor; $32,658.46.
