RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 TO THE
CONTRACT WITH ZACK BURKETT COMPANY FOR CONSTRUC-
TION OF OVERNIGHT R.V. PARK ROADS AND PARKING.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Zack Burkett Company,
as Contractor, entered into a contract dated May 25, 1984, for
the construction of overnight R.V. park, roads and parking; and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable to execute Change Order No.
1 to said contract, a copy of which is attached hereto, which
increases curb and gutter and decreases paving and lime stabiliza-
tion, and which increases the contract price by $9, 079 . 07 .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS, THAT:
Change Order No. 1 to such contract with Zack Burkett Company
is hereby approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute
the same for the City of Wichita Falls.

Justification: The quantities described in the proposal for this
project were incorrect. This change order, will adjust the bid
quantities to complete the project according to the Plans.
