RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO MAKE FINAL PAYMENT ON CONTRACT
WITH C.I. OF TEXAS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE
CITY'S CENTRAL SERVICES COMPLEX.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and C. I. of Texas entered into a contract
dated March 17, 1983 for construction of the Central Services Complex, and;
WHEREAS, the construction of such project has been completed, and;
WHEREAS, the balance due the contractor is $223,592.67.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The construction of such project is accepted by the City of Wichita Falls and
the City Manager is authorized to make final payment to such contractor of the
balance due as shown above.
