RESOLUTION NO. 137-84
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 TO CONTRACT
WITH C . D. GRAHAM FOR ADDITIONS AND ALTERATIONS TO
THE SENIOR CITIZENS ' CENTER.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and C . D. Graham Construction
Company entered into a contract dated June 6, 1984; and,
WHEREAS, additional work not specified in the original bid
document is required to meet City plumbing and electrical codes; and,
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of the additional work is $1, 585 .50 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS, THAT :
Change Order No. 1 (a copy of which is attached hereto) , to
such contract dated June 6 , 1984, between the City of Wichita Falls
and C. D. Graham Construction Company is approved, and the City
Manager is authorized to execute same for the City of Wichita Falls.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of July, 1984 .
