RESOLUTION NO. 130-84
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING INSTALLATION AND AUTHORIZING
FINAL PAYMENT OF NEW ROOF AT #1 FIRE STATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls and Lydick Roofing
entered into a contract dated June 5, 1984 , for the installation
of a new roof on #1 Fire Station; and,
WHEREAS, the roof has been completed in accordance with the
plans and specifications .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
The installation of the roof is hereby accepted, and final
payment is authorized in the amount of $26 , 550 . 00 .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3rd day of July, 1984 .
