RESOLUTION GRANTING TO MICHAEL F . GRIFFITH, DOING
BUSINESS AS VINTAGE LIMO, A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC
CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO OPERATE A VEHICLE
FOR HIRE WITHIN THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS.
WHEREAS, Michael F . Griffith has made proper application to
the City of Wichita Falls for a Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity to operate a vehicle for hire within the City of
Wichita Falls; and,
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held on this application
before the City Council, at which time interested parties were given
the opportunity to appear and comment on this application; and,
WHEREAS, after the public hearing, it is found and determined
that the public convenience and necessity require the operation of
such automobile, a 1934 Ford four-door sedan, that the applicant
is fit to conduct such business, that the applicant is the owner of
such automobile, and that such automobile is fit and safe for the
transportation of passengers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
A Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity is hereby
granted to Michael F. Griffith, doing business as Vintage Limo, to
operate such 1934 Ford four-door sedan as a vehicle for hire within
the City of Wichita Falls .
