RESOLUTION AWARDING BID ON
ADDITIONS AND ALTERATIONS TO
THE RED DOOR SENIOR CITIZENS'
CENTER
WHEREAS, the City has advertised for bids for additions and alterations
to the Red Door Senior Citizens ' Center; and
WHEREAS, the bid of C. D. Graham Construction Co. in the amount of
115,738.00 is the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
The bid of C. D. Graham Construction Co. in the amount of $115,738.00
is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is authorized to execute a contract
with C. D. Graham Construction Co. for additions and alterations to the Red
Door Senior Citizens ' Center.
