RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AWARDING CONTRACT
FOR INSTALLING NEW ROOF ON CENTRAL FIRE STATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for bids;
and,
WHEREAS, four bids were received, and it is found that Lydick
Roofing Company, who bid $26 , 550 . 00 , is the lowest responsible
bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS , THAT:
Said bid of Lydick Roofing Company is hereby accepted, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with such contractor
for the roof installation and related work.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 5th day of June, 1984 .
