RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS
AS A SINGLE ENTITY FOR UNIFORM GRANTS AND CONTRACT
MANAGEMENT STANDARDS (UGCMS) OF STATE OF TEXAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT :
The City of Wichita Falls is hereby designated as a single
entity for Uniform Grants and Contract Management Standards (UGCMS)
of the State of Texas, and the Chief Accounting Officer is hereby
authorized to apply for a Cognizant State Audit Agency with the
State of Texas.
