RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 181-83 , TO PROVIDE
A TRAIL FEE AT WEEKS PARK GOLF COURSE .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA
FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1 . Resolution No . 181-83 is hereby amended by adding
the following to the schedule of fees:
Trail Fee (to be paid by each player, including annual permit
players and tournament players . ) 50"
SECTION 2 . All revenue derived from this fee shall be deposited
in an account for cart trail construction.
SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be effective June 1, 1984 .
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 15th day of May, 1984 .
