RESOLUTION GRANTING STEVE KNUDSEN,
DOING BUSINESS AS PRESTIGE LIMOUSINE,
A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE
AND NECESSITY TO OPERATE A VEHICLE
FOR HIRE SERVICE WITHIN THE CORPORATE
BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS
WHEREAS, Steve Knudsen has made proper application to the City of
Wichita Falls for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held on this application at which
interested parties were given the opportunity to appear and comment upon
this application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed service will serve the
best interest of the citizens of the City of Wichita Falls ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
A Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity is hereby granted to
Steve Knudsen, doing business as Prestige Limousine, to operate two vehicles
for hire within the corporate boundaries of the City of Wichita Falls .
