RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT 84-2 (CARRIGAN
STREET, BLAND STREET, 37th STREET AND 38th STREET)
WHEREAS , the City of Wichita Falls has advertised for
bids for the construction of Community Development Project
84-2, and;
WHEREAS, two bids were received and it is found that
the bid of Zack Burkett Company, Wichita Falls, Texas , in
the amount of $315 ,919. 79 is the lowest responsible bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
Said bid of Zack Burkett Company in the amount of
315,919. 79 is hereby accepted, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute a contract with Zack Burkett Company
for the construction of such improvement.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 15th day of May, 1984 ..
