RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AWARDING CONTRACT
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ROADS AND PARKING LOTS AT
THE OVERNIGHT RV PARK TO ZACK BURKETT COMPANY.
WHEREAS , the City has advertised for bids for the construction
of roads and parking lots at the Overnight RV Park; and,
WHEREAS, four bids were received, and it is found that Zack
Burkett Company who bid $68 ,186 .40 , is the lowest responsible
bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS, THAT:
Such bid of Zack Burkett Company is hereby accepted, and the
City Manager is authorized to execute a contract with such contractor
for the construction of such improvements.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 15th day of May, 1984 .
