RESOLUTION ACCEPTING KEMP PUBLIC
LIBRARY ACCESSIBILITY MODIFICATIONS
AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT TO
MEYERS BROTHERS, INCORPORATED
WHEREAS, the citizens of the City of Wichita Falls approved and
authorized the sale of bonds for the purpose of constructing accessibility
modifications to the Kemp Public Library; and
WHEREAS, Meyers Brothers, Incorporated has completed such modification
in conformance with the required plans and specifications,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS THAT:
The Kemp Public Library Accessibility Modifications are hereby accepted
and final payment to Meyers Brothers, Incorporated in the amount of $5,898
is authorized.
