RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
WAIVER LETTER FOR LOCATION OF TWO OIL AND GAS WELLS
OF HENRY ENERGY CORPORATION NEAR LAKE KICKPAOO.
WHEREAS, Henry Energy Corporation is making application to
the Texas Railroad Commission for permits to drill two oil and
gas wells near Lake Kickapoo, one on the McKinney & Williams Survey,
A-314 , and one on the S .A. & M.G.R.R. Survey, A-447 , and they have
requested that the City of Wichita Falls execute letters waiving
all objections to the proposed locations of these wells.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WICHITA FALLS , TEXAS , THAT:
City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a waiver letter
for each well, waiving any objections to the proposed locations of
such wells as requested by Henry Energy Corporation.
