RESOLUTION APPROVING, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A SALES AND PURCHASE CON-
TRACT AND SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH TEXAS ELECTRIC
SERVICE COMPANY FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE STREET
LIGHTING SYSTEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WICHITA FALLS,
TEXAS, THAT:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a Sales and Purchase Contract
with Texas Electric Service Company for the purchase of the street lighting system.
The purchase price of the system is not to exceed $600,000.
