RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CONTRACT WITH BIGGS
MATHEWS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATED
TO SEWER IMPROVEMENTS ON THE CITY VIEW/SUNSET
TERRACE AREA OF CITY
WHEREAS, the City of Wichita Falls desires to analyze and confirm
the need for certain sewer work in the City View/Sunset Terrace area;
and,
WHEREAS, the firm of Biggs & Mathews, Inc. is acceptable to the
City to perform the engineering services for the project; and,
WHEREAS, Biggs & Mathews has presented a proposed contract which
the Council has examined.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WICHITA FALLS, TEXAS, THAT:
That certain contract, with any changes directed by the Council,
is approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute the same for
the City. The amount obligated for Phase I is $1,800.00, and the amount
for Phases 2 and 3, as outlined in the contract is not to exceed $15,500.00
additional.
